In the Legal Decision-Making Lab, we examine a wide array of issues in the legal system, including discrimination in the law; the influence of race, gender, and other extralegal factors on juror and jury decision-making; the Not Criminally Responsible on Account of Mental Disorder defence; and punishment orientation.
Dr. Maeder will be accepting graduate students for the 2024/2025 academic year. If you have any questions about the Legal Decision-Making Lab or are interested in getting involved, please contact Dr. Maeder directly.
