In the Legal Decision-Making Lab, we examine a wide array of issues in the Canadian legal system, including discrimination in the law, the influence of race, gender, and other extralegal factors on juror decision-making, the Not Criminally Responsible on Account of Mental Disorder defence, and punishment orientation.
