Susan is a Research Associate working with Dr. Maeder. She earned her PhD in psychology at Carleton in 2019. She received her B.A. Honours in psychology with a minor in philosophy from the University of Manitoba, and a Master of Arts from Carleton.
Research Interests: Susan’s main area of focus is punishment orientation and the Not Criminally Responsible on Account of Mental Disorder Defence. Her other research interests include attributions, the cultural defence, and racial essentialism.
