The Goldenberg Duo
Susan Goldenberg, violin, and William Goldenberg, piano, will present a program of familiar classical and Jewish music, including Schindlers List by John Williams, Ernest Bloch and Edvard Grieg.
The Goldenberg Duo have performed for 30 years, capturing audiences at the Amalfi Coast Music Festival in Italy, The American Cathedral in Paris, and St. Peter’s Church in St. Albans, England and most recently with concerts in Japan. In 2004 they traveled to Beijing and Shanghai, China to present concerts and master classes.
With Special public premier unveiling of noted West Coast painter and calligrapher, Rainer Waldman Adkins (Cleveland Institute of Art) painting, …themed on great, classical Yiddish writer I.L. Peretz’ poetry. This public unveiling marks the Jewish Community Centre of the Eastern Townships’ generous gift and long term loan to local United Churches for display in Canada.
