We are pleased to announce that the Honourable Irwin Cotler (MP Mount Royal) will deliver the keynote address on April 24th. Professor Cotler has served as Minister of Justice and Attorney General. He is professor of Law Emeritus at McGill University, and has been a Visiting Professor at Harvard Law School, a Woodrow Wilson Fellow at Yale Law School. The recipient of nine Honourary Doctorates, Professor Cotler is an internationally esteemed constitutional and comparative Law scholar. He has been a Member of Parliament since 1999 and has served as both Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada.
