QLess does not allow for modifications of appointments. Please cancel your current appointment and make a new one.

Please add appointments@qless.com to your safe senders list to ensure you receive your confirmation email. If you don’t see it, please note that you will still receive reminders and other communications by SMS (text message).
- I don’t see the department I’m looking for. What’s up?

In order to access the department you are looking for, we recommend going directly to their website. We have divided departments into groupings (i.e.: faculties, central services) so you must use the correct link to find what you are looking for.
It’s also possible that the department uses QLess during peak periods only. So even if you used QLess in the past that may no longer be their process.
- Appointments: There are no appointments available.

Each department decides whether to offer appointments and, if they will, how far in advance students can book. If everything is full, and the department is offering appointments, please check back later.
- I don’t have a cell phone, what should I do?
