Monitored: Mon-Fri 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 am – 10:30 pm
Friday: 8:30 am – 9:30 pm
Saturday – Sunday: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm
ITS Service Desk Customer Portal
Visit the ITS Service Desk Customer Portal to raise service requests or report an IT related incident. Users have the option to open a Jira ticket or engage with a live Service Desk agent via Chat (during business hours). There is also the ability to check ticket status or review an archive of your previous tickets. More information on how to do this can be found in the ITS Online Help Centre.
