Carleton University delivers IT services using a federated model meaning there are multiple IT service providers across the campus. Information Technology Services (ITS) focuses on enterprise IT services—e.g. network, data centre, ERP systems—for the Carleton community.
Through our IT leadership and enterprise services, we will enable Carleton to be an exceptional learning and research university.
Information Technology Services (ITS) provides enterprise information technology solutions and services to support the learning, teaching, research, and administrative goals of Carleton University. ITS is committed to engaging our customers in a collaborative and proficient manner.
Assistant Vice-President (Information Technology Services) and Chief Information Officer, Tim Lott, provides campus-wide oversight of IT at Carleton, and oversees the following departments.
