Carleton University delivers IT services using a distributed model — for more information, see carleton.ca/itgovernance. Multiple departments across campus provide various types of IT services. Enterprise IT services are the core focus of Information Technology Services (ITS) unit. These are IT services that encompass the entire Carleton community, such as campus network, ERP systems, Help Desks, enterprise data centres, etc.
Through our IT leadership and enterprise services, we will enable Carleton to be an exceptional learning and research university.
