Carleton University delivers IT services using a federated model, meaning that University has multiple providers of IT services across the campusInformation Technology Services (ITS)‘s core focus is enterprise IT—e.g. campus network, data centres, ERP systems, Help Desks, etc—IT services that encompass the entire Carleton community.
