Carleton University delivers IT services using a federated model, meaning that University has multiple providers of IT services across the campus. Information Technology Services (ITS)‘s core focus is enterprise IT—e.g. campus network, data centres, ERP systems, Help Desks, etc—IT services that encompass the entire Carleton community.
Through our IT leadership and enterprise services, we will enable Carleton to be an exceptional learning and research university.
