Emmelie Paquette

Emmelie Paquette (she/her) holds a MSc in Geography from the Department of Geography, and Environmental Studies at Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada. She is currently a PhD student at Carleton University supervised by Dr. Gita Ljubicic (McMaster University), Dr. Peter Pulsifer (Carleton University), alongside dedicated committee member Dr. Stephan Schott (Carleton University). She is passionate about research that sincerely engages with Indigenous groups about Arctic spaces and wildlife, and prioritizes their knowledge when combined with western scientific practices.
