S. Alex Haslam
Alex Haslam is Professor of Psychology and Australian Laureate Fellow at the University of Queensland, Australia. His research focuses on the study of group and identity processes in organizational, social, and clinical contexts. He has written and edited 11 books and around 160 peer-reviewed articles on these topics. He is a former Chief Editor of the European Journal of Social Psychology (2002-2005) and a former President of the Psychology Section of the British Association for the Advancement of Science (2008-2009). In 2005 he was awarded the European Association of Social Psychology’s Kurt Lewin Medal for outstanding contribution to research in social psychology. He is a Senior Fellow of the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research and and on the editorial board of 10 international journals including Scientific American Mind.
