Caregiver’s Luncheon

Are you a caregiver? Do you like to eat home-cooked church meals? Do you enjoy some lighthearted and heart felt entertainment? If you can say “yes” to all three of these questions, then you don’t want to miss this event – June 11th, 11:30am – 1:30ish. The OUC HELP Project and Care and Support Team are teaming up to put together a luncheon for caregivers.
Caregiving is such important work that is not always simple. One might even say that the work is sacred.
What can you expect on this day – besides great food?
- Feel a sense of wider appreciation
- Be seen in the midst of your own commitment to the well-being of others
- Feel understood amid your personal questions and/or experiences
AND – Rev. Caroline and Rev. Eric will be doing a talk back about their own experiences in the wake of Rev. Caroline’s ongoing recovery from her concussion back in January.
