Sarah Tarshis is an Assistant Professor of Social Work at McGill University School of Social Work. Previously, Sarah was a postdoctoral fellow with the SIM Lab; Sarah continues to support our simulation-based research projects as a Research Associate.
Sarah received her PhD from the University of Toronto and MSW from New York University. She has over a decade of social work practice experience and has worked for several community-based organizations in Montreal, New York, and Toronto. In addition to her work in simulation, Sarah’s research focus centers on intimate partner violence (IPV) and access to services, intersectionality, and trauma-informed practice.
