The Travelodge Ottawa Hotel & Conference Centre is pleased to offer rooms at the discounted price of $119.00/night standard single/double occupancy. The Days Inn Ottawa Airport Hotel has set up a university/college rate. For the month of August, the rate will be $125/ day plus taxes ($140 during the regular academic year). The Airport has undergone recent renovations and has been awarded a number of honours that include being named 1st in North America (any size of airport) and 2nd in the world for airports that serve between 2 and 5 million passengers in the annual Airport Service Quality (ASQ) passenger satisfaction benchmarking program. The Airport is easy to navigate and is close to downtown Ottawa and Carleton University.

Route 97 departs from pillar 14 outside the level 1 Arrivals area. Route 97 uses low-floor, fully accessible buses that accommodate wheelchairs. Bus tickets are available at the Ground Transportation Desk located on level 1 at the central door of the Arrivals area.

The O-Train station is located between Campus Avenue and University Drive.
OC-Transpo buses stop at four locations on campus:
- The campus entrance (at Bronson and Sunnyside)
- Campus Avenue (Residence Commons – closest to the conference venue)
- Campus Avenue (Minto CASE Building)
- University Drive (Athletics Centre)
On-campus Parking
The closest lot to the conference venue is P16 Garage (with capacity of 50 visitor spaces) located under Richcraft Hall. The rate in this lot is $14.00 for 4 hours only.
The P9 Garage visitor levels 1,2 and 3 is the second closest lot, with the daily rate of $14.00. The 3 visitor levels have about 100 spaces combined. Kindly note that parking spaces may be limited due to construction work being currently done on the Nickel Building.
