Please note: this is The Print Shop project request form, and is sent to our graphic designer, Allen Scott. If you’re looking to initiate a project with the Department of University Communications (DUC), or have worked on similar past projects with Richard Bootsma, Amanda Coome, or Chris Strangemore, please use the DUC project request form.
