Once you have submitted your request, a designer will be assigned to your project and reply to you within 2 business days to discuss details. The designer will assign a project number to your request.
We will do our best to meet your delivery deadlines. Here are general guidelines for the amount of time projects can take for layout/design:
- Poster/postcard/bookmark: 2 to 5 business days
- 12-page newsletter: 2 to 3 weeks
- Brochure/pamphlet: 5 to ten business days
To make the process as seamless as possible, please have your content proofed and ready for the designer BEFORE you are filling out your project request. Incomplete or unvetted content will add time to completion, and potentially additional costs.
Please note: It is the responsibility of the client to ensure all copy provided to the design team is proofread, complete and correct, before giving approval for the design work to be sent to print. The client will be responsible for costs incurred for reprints, when changes are made after approval is given by them to send the project to The Print Shop for output.
The PRINTING of projects also needs to be considered. Print times can vary depending on The Print Shop work schedules.
