Cathleen Schmidt has served as Manager, EU Programs at the Centre for European Studies (CES) at Carleton University since 2013. In this position, she is responsible for organizing a broad range of scholarly and outreach events, including conferences, guest lectures, and high school outreach activities, and maintaining the Centre’s various websites. She is also the immediate supervisor of the Centre’s graduate student research assistants. Before assuming her current position, she served as an administrator for the Centre for Security and Defence Studies with the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University.
