Andi Rickenbacher Mguni
Research Assistant
Andi (they/them) is a mixed (Zimbabwean/Swiss/British) settler, born and currently living on unceded Anishinaabe Algonquin land. They are completing a Joint Honours Bachelor of Social Sciences in Communication and Sociology at the University of Ottawa, where their academic interests intersect with arts administration, media and social movement studies, and community-based cultural work. Outside of their studies, Andi enjoys drawing and painting, reading sci-fi, and watching live music. They are overjoyed to be joining the Transgender Media Lab as a Research Assistant!
