Erick Jackaman (he/they) is a trans student who loves dedicating his time to trans projects and the trans community. He is currently studying an MSc in Digital Humanities at UCL, for which he is writing his dissertation in collaboration with the Transgender Media Portal. His research interests involve anything trans and he is currently documenting his exploration of the academic world of Trans Studies on his website and on Instagram (@transingabout).
Outside of academia, Erick is on the programming team at Tilde Trans and Gender Diverse Film Festival. He is also involved in community building for My Genderation through managing their YouTube channel and assists The Museum of Transology in uploading their collection online.
