The NSERC CREATE UTILI Program is proud to announce that this year’s winner of the 2021 Mark Cuss Memorial Scholarship is Samuel Nadler. Samuel is enrolled in his fourth year of a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace at Carleton University. He is a strong student and will be pursuing graduate studies within the UTILI program starting May 2022.
