The ArduPilot Developer Conference 2026 will be held in Ottawa, Canada, with the main three conference days taking place from Friday, October 23rd to Sunday, October 25th, 2026 at the Brookstreet Hotel in Ottawa’s west end.
UTILI is pleased to support planning activities for this event as part of our continuing research, training, and community building activities in uncrewed aerial systems and advanced aerial mobility. The conference will bring together members of the ArduPilot developer community, students, researchers, industry partners, and organizations working with open-source autopilot systems, flight testing, simulation, aircraft autonomy, and practical UAS applications. Current students and alumni will be granted opportunities to attend the event and participate.
As with previous ArduPilot developer conferences, in-person attendance is by invitation only, and limited to the ArduPilot Developer Team and members of the ArduPilot Partners Program in order to keep attendee numbers manageable. Talks and live demonstrations are expected to be live-streamed for the benefit of the wider global ArduPilot community, with recordings made available afterwards through the ArduPilot community channels.
There is no registration fee for approved in-person attendees, and food and refreshments are expected to be provided during the main conference days. Attendees will receive private registration details, including hotel room booking information and any applicable room discount code, once registration arrangements are finalized.
Organizations that are not currently members of the ArduPilot Partners Program, but are interested in sponsoring the event, participating in the conference, or giving an invited talk, are encouraged to reach out to the organizing team. Special considerations are being made for parties in the local region that may wish to attend the event.
