Student Bio
Eleni Sabourin obtained her bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Ottawa, graduating with numerous distinctions for her academic achievements, including the Gold Medal of the Canadian Society for Mechanical Engineering. During her undergraduate career, she has worked on research projects involving mathematical modelling, the development of control schemes, and the design and construction of a quadrotor prototype.
She is now doing her Master’s in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Ottawa, with an emphasis on unmanned aerial vehicles. Working under the supervision of Professor Eric Lanteigne, her research primarily focuses on control strategies applied to quadrotor drones.
