Student Bio
lcaro completed his undergraduate studies in Telematics before starting a master’s program focused on software-defined networks, which he had to put on hold due to employment opportunities. After earning a graduate certificate in software engineering, he decided to pursue his master’s degree at Université du Québec en Outaouais (UQO) where he became interested in machine learning and the possibilities of applying it in several domains.
His professional journey includes several years of R&D and enterprise development experience as a software engineer. Currently participating in the UTILI CREATE program at UQO, his objectives are to collaborate with academic and industry partners while applying machine learning solutions for Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS).
