Student Bio
In June 2014, Rojo Princy graduated from French High School in Antananarivo, Madagascar.
In June 2019 he completed his bachelor’s degree at Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI) in Ballistics and Aero-Hydrodynamics with a major in Aircraft Flight Dynamics and Controls. He has interests in aircraft performance calculations, aerodynamic studies, automatic systems design and in Human-Machine system modeling. He believes that simulate human behavior is still a relevant challenge in Aerospace.
Since September 2019, Rojo Princy pursues a master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering at ÉTS. He chose Canada because of its impact in the leading Aerospace Industry and want to contribute to its development. His research takes place in Aircraft Systems identification and validation using Neural Networks methods, which can predict thrust and fuel consumption. He works at the Research Laboratory of Active Controls, Avionics and Aeroservoelasticity (LARCASE, ETS) under the supervision of Professor Ruxandra Botez.
Except his passion in Aerospace, he enjoys playing piano, singing, acting, and swimming. He also likes discovering new cultures and learn new languages.
