Sandesh is a M.A.Sc. candidate supervised by Dr. Cole Van De Ven. Sandesh is studying methane hotspots in landfills using quantitative ground-based flux techniques, and comparing the results with air-borne drone methods and geophysical procedures. This research will help in advancing methane monitoring techniques, and improve understanding of different cover construction that generate hotspots.
