The Project Management Office (PMO) is accountable for managing strategic information systems projects and serves as a platform for managing the change necessary to deliver projects and initiatives in a timely and efficient manner. It also serves as a resource for the ITS Delivery Process, as well as for standards established by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
