The ITS Project Management Lifecycle is composed of four phases that are grouped together to describe, organize, and successfully deliver the desired outcomes for a project. Those phases are Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Close Out. While Intake is not considered a phase of the project, there are some tasks performed at this step that enable the project to begin.
