Second Year Masters Student, Department of Cognitive Science

Adam graduated from the cognitive science masters program at Carleton University in the fall of 2020. His research involved monitoring mental workload in ecological settings and is hoping to continue this line of research either in industry or PhD. Since graduating, Adam joined the Business Intelligence team of Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) as a Business Intelligence Analyst. At this position, Adam contributes to the strategic orientation of ESDC and their efforts to improve usability and accessibility of government programs. Key skills that Adam applies to these challenges are data analytics and user research techniques, in which Adam developed over his time with the ACE Lab.
