ACT to Employ

ACT to Employ helps students with disabilities find experiential learning opportunities that align with their academic and career goals.

ACT students have access to the following services:

• Placements on campus and in the community to increase employability skills, network connections, and confidence
• Assistance with placement search, applications and interviews
• Placement check-ins
• Integrative and student-centered counselling related to work and disability
• ACT to Employ Resource Hub on Brightspace which includes modules on Professionalism, Disclosure and Accommodations, Communication (including helpful email templates) and more
• Introduction to community supports and opportunities

ACT to Employ is available to current students.
