Contract Instructor Opportunities
Fall/Winter 2013-2014
Pursuant to Article 16.3 of the CUPE 4600 Unit 2 Collective Agreement, subject to Article 16.2 and 16.4 through 16.7, applications are invited from members of the CUPE 4600 bargaining unit and other interested persons to teach the following Public Affairs and Policy Management courses during the Fall 2013 and Winter 2014 term.
The specific courses requiring CIs are listed below and course descriptions are available at:

Previous teaching experience in the subject area will be an asset. Contract Instructor stipends are $6,483 per 0.5 credit course and $12,966 for a 1.0 credit course.
Review of applications and hiring decisions will be made in accordance with the CUPE 4600 (Unit 2) Collective Agreement. Please note that the review of applications will commence no earlier than 21 calendar days after the date posted and continue until the position is filled.

Some of these courses may be taught by employees who have the right to automatic reappointment. All positions are subject to budgetary approval.
