Dr. Gerald Grant is a Professor at Sprott, Coordinator of the Information Systems Area, and Director of the Centre for Information Technology, Organizations, and People (CITOP). He has consulted on projects related to the digital divide, ICT capacity building and the development of national ICT strategies in commonwealth countries. His research focuses on the strategic management of information technology in private and public sector organizations.
