Collective Bargaining between Carleton University and CUPE 2424, the union representing more than 1,000 administrative, technical and library workers, started on Aug. 23, 2023. Since then, the two teams have met 16 times. CUPE 2424 is currently doing outreach with their members regarding bargaining topics.
A number of upcoming bargaining dates have been scheduled, including January 23, 29, February 5, 12, 14 and 16. Carleton’s management team looks forward to continuing to work together through the negotiation process.
