Event Announcement from Reimagine Ottawa:
A “Protect Ottawa Greenspace” rally with speakers and music is planned for Saturday, March 19, 1:00 p.m. at Preston and Carling. The rally will bring together people and groups from across the city working to protect our precious greenspaces, among them the Central Experimental Farm, Queen Juliana Park, Hunt Club Forest, the Nantes Forest, Fisher Forest, Mer Bleue, the March Highlands, and all natural spaces in your community.
Guests include Angela Keller-Herzog, Executive Director of Community Associations for Environmental Responsibility (CAFES); Daniel Buckles, co-animator of the People’s Official Plan, and local singer-songwriter EniiD.
