Restoring Hope Ministries -Haven Youth Care Centre provides drop-in and overnight services to homeless and street-engaged youth ages 16-24 in the Ottawa area. In my capacity I act as a frontline supervisor for the youth, as the volunteer coordinator, as a program manager and a community liaison.
How are you currently involved in community-campus partnerships for teaching, research or otherwise?
We have been providing placement opportunities for interested post-secondary students for the past 4 years and are looking to expand our horizons.
