The Digital Pedagogy Research Team is comprised of the following individuals, all of whom are members of Carleton University’s Communication and Media Studies Program:
Dr. Irena Knezevic is the project lead and the Carleton University Chair in Teaching Innovation. Dr. Knezevic studies communication, culture, and health. She is especially interested in food systems, food labelling, health communication and advertising, health equity, informal economy in everyday practices, and the discourse of food and health regulations.
Dr. Vincent Andrisani is an Instructor in Communication and Media Studies specializing in the area of sound studies. Vincent is a recipient of Carleton University’s Future Learning Innovation Fellowship (2023-24) for his work on The Place of Sound: a student-led radio show/podcast that features the work of students in the Communication and Media Studies program.
Erin McHarge is a PhD Candidate in the Communication and Media Studies program at Carleton University. Erin’s doctoral research examines the role of audience affect and queer theory in relationship to how sexuality and gender are represented in television and other popular culture.
