Recently, two psychologists, Wendy Williams & Stephen Ceci published an article in PNAS suggesting not only that the biases against women in STEM disciplines were over, but that the hiring biases that exist today are actually in favour of women.  Although they also posted the original materials, procedures, and conclusions was pulled down, after considerable outcry, a revised version was posted that and can be read here.
