Sean Coyne

M.A. English ’04

Sean Coyne, aka Sean Zio  is the co-founder and co-director of volunteer grassroots collective Ravenswing Ottawa that promotes creativity in Centretown Ottawa and organizes an annual event in Minto Park on Elgin Street in late May called the Ravenswing Arts + Music Fair that features 70+ local artisan vendors, live music and free skill-sharing workshops and is partnered with the Clothesline Project, a public art exhibit to end violence against women — 2016 marks the 10th annual Ravenswing Arts and Music Fair.

Sean is also a Communications Advisor at the Standards Council of Canada; a creative writing instructor for all ages; a spoken word poet; a zinester; and horror writer.
