Dr. Amy Rand and Dr. Daniel Grégoire successfully obtained funding to couple analytical chemistry and whole-community sequencing techniques to study microbial pathways involved in PFAS transformations. These techniques will be used to study microbial PFAS cycling in the gut and engineered systems.
