| 11:45 a.m. | Tournament Chair’s welcome and review of tournament rules |
| 12:00 p.m. | Shotgun start Tournament Play (Best Ball Scramble) Food and Beverages at Hospitality Tents (Hole #4, Hole #14) and Half-way Hut |
| 4:30 p.m. | Completion of golf, departure for post-tournament reception and dinner at Carleton University |
Golf Details:
- Stonebridge Golf Course opens at 11:00 a.m. for golfer registration, putting green use, and BBQ lunch.
- Complimentary food and beverages will be available at carts and food stations throughout the day.
- Team with the lowest score will be recognized at the post-golf dinner at Carleton University
- Golfers will have full access to Stonebridge locker rooms and shower facilities throughout the day
- Carleton University change-room and shower facilities will also be available to all golfers following the golf tournament
