Sara graduated in BSc, MSc, and PhD Architecture at the University of Tehran in 2004, 2007, and 2013 respectively. She completed another PhD under the supervision of Prof. Liam O’Brien at the Carleton University. Sara believes that nowadays, architects need to create buildings that consume much less energy and at the same time provide their users with comfortable spaces. Therefore, she would like to become specialized in the field of building science to achieve high-performance buildings. Upon graduation, she started a post-doc on occupant modelling with the HBI Lab.
