Identify, Foster and Share Talent provides a framework to improve development and collaboration across the institution in order to meet the university’s strategic goals and tackle our wicked problems. Its intention is to increase staff and faculty awareness of their own potential and opportunities. We aim to provide leaders with a structure to support others’ development and pathways to ‘Opening Doors’.

This website brings the experiential, social, and formal learning components of what is accessible to Carleton University faculty and staff together. It involves a collaborative effort between many departments on campus so that development resources are available all in one place.
In essence, we aspire to have all Carleton University faculty and staff recognize their opportunities; build a growth mindset, and feel respected and compelled to assist others in achieving their goals.
