Sharing Knowledge is about sharing resources and know-how. Knowledge does not sit in a box on the shelf or in a file on your laptop. Knowledge is shared amongst people and throughout an organization.
In order to move Carleton University forward and achieve the aspirations we set out for ourselves we need to not only ‘Share Knowledge and Shape the Future”, but connect with each other to “Serve Ottawa and Serve the World” while we “Strive for Wellness and Strive for Sustainability”.
These are our directions of the Strategic Integrated Plan (SIP) and they are also our guide posts for connecting with one another in the work we do each and everyday. As we share knowledge, we share opportunities and share possibilities. We uncover our potential. Our potential to grow, inspire and lead.
