Identifying Talent is a Two-Way street

  1. ​We want to ensure that people who are interested in being identified for new opportunities, whether formal roles, experiential learning or development opportunities have a place and forum to put their names forward
  2. We want to ensure that managers and those in senior leadership roles understand their opportunity in ‘Opening Doors’ for others and their ability to assist them in co-creating pathways forward
