What is ME-WE-US ?

The Framework is guided by three questions which can be asked at the individual, departmental/faculty, and organizational level in order to help us understand how collaborative ways of working can have benefits and impact our collective potential and support us in realizing our goals, moving us forward.

1.   ME – How can I ‘Open Doors’ for myself?

2.   WE – How can we ‘Open Doors’ for others and/or our teams?

3.   US – How can we ‘Open Doors’ to the systems and structures of opportunity at Carleton? How can we make sure this system is equitable, inclusive and  accessible for all?
