Ashley Mazurkiewicz

Ashley, from St. Catharines, Ontario, completed her Bachelor of Science in Honours Biophysics with First-Class Standings from Brock University in 2017. Throughout high school and her undergraduate studies, she was involved with VEX Robotics competing and volunteering at local events as well as numerous world championships. Her current research will look at experimental strain-based tissue damage analysis to model impact and blast-induced traumatic brain injury scenarios. Ashley is co-supervised by Prof. Hanspeter Frei.
