Economic Theory for Financial Analysis
Course Description
The course covers concepts in both microeconomic theory and macroeconomic theory as they apply to financial analysis. Topics include optimizing consumer and firm behaviour, optimal portfolio choice, consumption-based asset pricing, frictions in financial markets, growth, business cycles, and monetary and fiscal policy.
