Over the summer I attended the IALLT Conference in Moorhead, Minnesota. IALLT is an organization for educators working in the field of technology and language teaching/learning. And it was a really great experience. Lots of passionate people and some really great ideas for incorporating technology in language education. In this three part series, I thought I would share a few of the ideas that I picked up and encourage you, if you find any of them interesting, to approach me about setting them up. Okay, here goes.
- IALLT: Pfefferhausen, the city that doesn’t exist
- IALLT: Flipped Classroom Session
- IALLT: H5P interactive online exercise creator
Oh…and who are the figures in the post picture? They are some carved figures at the Hjemkomst Center in Moorhead where you can also find a viking ship replica that was sailed from Minnesota to Norway.
