Heads up language learners! Do you have a Netflix subscription? If so, have you heard the news? Last year, Netflix released their version of Heads Up!, originally popularised on Ellen DeGeneres’ talk show. The premise of the game is simple; one person has their device held up in front of their forehead, and the others have to try to make the person guess as many words as possible within one minute. Best of all, this game is available in 15 different languages, which makes it a great tool to use if you’re trying to extend your vocabulary! Given that this is a Netflix game, the decks, which contain the prompts that you’ll be guessing, are related to some of Netflix’s most popular shows, as well as a variety of themes and genres! So if you’re a fan of shows like Bridgerton or Squid Game, or just a fan of books or horror, as well as many other available categories, then you might be in for a treat!
