Congratulations to group member Manura Liyanage for successfully defending his PhD thesis entitled “Multi-scale Modelling of Hydrogen Diffusion in Solids: Impact of Diffusion on Denuded Zones in Zr Alloy Pressure Vessels and Hydrogen Diffusion in Lead Zirconate Titanate”. Manura’s work led to 3 journal publications. His is looking forward to starting a post-doc with Bill Curtin’s group at EPFL in the fall. Great work Manura!
