Huge congrats to Simon Baldwin and team for winning the Davis Award for Best Psychometrics-Related Research at the Annual Conference of the Society for Police and Criminal Psychology, which was held in Quebec City in September, 2022. They won for Simon’s presentation entitled, A Reasonable Officer: Examining the Relationships Among Stress, Training, and Performance in a Highly Realistic Lethal Force Scenario. Also, a very proud Dad moment! Noah Bennell and his co-authors picked up the Michael Serafino Award for Best Student Poster at the same conference for his project entitled, Assessing the Influence of Context on the Public’s Perception of Police Officer Appearance.
