MPM alumna Rachel Gouin is Executive Director of Le CAP – Centre d’apppui et de prévention, a mental health and addictions agency serving the francophone community in Ontario. Over the course of her career in the nonprofit sector, with organizations such as BGC Canada and the Child Welfare League of Canada, she has advocated for the advancement and rights of children, youth, families and adults in vulnerable situations. Rachel holds a PhD in Education from McGill University for her research on social movement learning.
